Selected leadership experience — workplace fitout.
The work is in the coordination.
A drawing does not organise a delivery, resolve a trade interface or check a concealed detail. Those tasks need active management throughout construction.
KIOM coordinates the agreed programme, trade packages and site information, with decisions documented so the client and delivery team can follow the work.
Programme control
Set the sequence, review dependencies and communicate changes that affect the next stage.
Cost visibility
Define trade scope and record proposed changes before the affected work proceeds.
Quality & close-out
Plan inspections, record issues and assemble the agreed handover information.
A handover that is properly prepared.
Completion includes more than finished surfaces. The project close-out addresses outstanding items, relevant certificates, warranties and operating information for the installed scope. The handover requirements are established with the project team.
Direct communication.
We agree how progress, decisions and changes will be communicated. The aim is for clients to understand the current stage, the decisions needed from them and what comes next.
What the appointment can cover.
Site coordination
Coordinate trade interfaces, deliveries and the current construction information.
Decision records
Provide an agreed route for progress updates, selections and proposed changes.
Close-out
Track outstanding work and assemble relevant handover documentation.
The final service scope is agreed in the project proposal and contract. Specialist consultant appointments and certification are identified for the project.
